Što dobivate

Uz narudžbu izrade paketa iz cjenika:

• prva 2 mjeseca pretplate ne naplaćujemo (održavanje i hosting);
• 1 dodatni krug izmjena povrh kruga koji je već uključen u paket.

Cijene paketa iste su kao i bez ove ponude. Za paket Vjenčanje, koji već uključuje 12 mjeseci hostinga, vrijedi samo dodatni krug izmjena.

Kao i uvijek, u svakom paketu: tekstovi i slike, hosting i održavanje (u sklopu mjesečne pretplate; bez minimalnog trajanja uz mjesečno plaćanje), domena na Vaše ime, 1 krug izmjena prije objave i 1 manja izmjena mjesečno (do okvirno 30 min; neiskorištena izmjena ne prenosi se u idući mjesec).

Za tvrtke i obrte iz Hrvatske cijene prikazujemo i bez PDV-a (prekidač „tvrtka“ uz pakete).

Iznosi bez PDV-a, prema sadašnjem cjeniku; PDV 25 % dodaje se na svaki račun.

1. godina računa se od objave stranice: prva 2 mjeseca pretplate uz Osnivačku ponudu ne naplaćujemo, pa se plaća 10 mjeseci. Za paket Vjenčanje vrijedi samo dodatni krug izmjena. Uz mjesečno plaćanje nema minimalnog trajanja: pretplatu možete otkazati u bilo kojem trenutku. Kod godišnjeg plaćanja tvrtkama i obrtima za neiskorištene mjesece ne vraćamo novac, ni u prvom ni u obnovljenom godišnjem razdoblju, osim u slučajevima iz čl. 13.2a.5(b)–(d) Općih uvjeta. Godišnja pretplata automatski se obnavlja za idućih 12 mjeseci, a podsjetnik šaljemo 30 i 7 dana prije obnove. Domena je na Vaše ime. Registracija i obnova domene .eu ili .com uključene su u Pretplatu dok ona traje (čl. 12.4 Općih uvjeta).

Koliko traje izrada

• Za građane: Stranicu predajemo najkasnije 30 dana od uplate, uz pravodobno dostavljene materijale.
• Za tvrtke i obrte: rad počinje u roku od 3 radna dana od uplate i kompletnih materijala, a prvi nacrt predajemo u roku od 5–10 radnih dana od početka rada.

Ogledni primjeri

Kako stranica može izgledati, pokazujemo na oglednim primjerima za restoran, apartman, salon, vjenčanje i malu trgovinu. To su ogledni primjeri dizajna, a ne stranice stvarnih klijenata.

Ponuda počinje 12. 10. 2026. i vrijedi za narudžbe zadane do 31. 10. 2026. u 23:59 (CET) ili dok se ne popuni 15 mjesta, ovisno o tome što nastupi prije. Sat je po zagrebačkom vremenu. Rok se ne produljuje i broj mjesta se ne povećava.

Kako se mjesto rezervira i potvrđuje

• Mjesto se rezervira kad zadate narudžbu (klikom na gumb za narudžbu).
• Plaćanje karticom: mjesto je potvrđeno kad je plaćanje uspješno. Ako plaćanje ne uspije, rezervacija prestaje.
• Plaćanje virmanom (IBAN): mjesto je potvrđeno kad puna uplata bude odobrena na našem računu u roku iz predračuna (8 dana od izdavanja predračuna). To vrijedi i ako uplata stigne nakon isteka roka ponude, ako ste narudžbu zadali prije isteka. Ako uplata ne stigne u roku, rezervacija i narudžba prestaju.
• Oslobođena mjesta ponovno su dostupna samo do isteka roka ponude.
• Broj preostalih mjesta koji prikazujemo jednak je broju 15 umanjenom za potvrđena i rezervirana mjesta.

Plaćati možete karticom ili virmanom. Kartično plaćanje je bez doplate. Izrada se plaća 100 % unaprijed.

Što se događa nakon 2 mjeseca

Pretplata se prvi put naplaćuje na početku 3. mjeseca od objave Vaše stranice, po redovnoj cijeni iz Sažetka narudžbe, i dalje se automatski produljuje svaki mjesec. Najkasnije 7 dana prije prve naplate šaljemo Vam e-poštom podsjetnik s iznosom, datumom naplate i poveznicom za otkaz. Pretplatu možete otkazati u bilo kojem trenutku, i prije prve naplate; tada naplate nema. Uz mjesečno plaćanje nema minimalnog trajanja.

Uvjeti

• Ponuda vrijedi samo ako je navedena u Sažetku narudžbe.
• Ne može se zamijeniti za novac.
• Dok traje Osnivačka ponuda, godišnje plaćanje (12 za 10) nije dostupno za pakete iz cjenika naručene preko stranice. Ponuda se ne kombinira s ponudama po mjeri. Uz ponudu se pretplata plaća mjesečno.
• Ponuda ne mijenja Vaše pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora (čl. 15 Općih uvjeta). Ako raskinete ugovor, za mjesece bez naplate pretplate i dodatni krug izmjena ništa ne naplaćujemo.

Česta pitanja

Mijenja li ponuda cijenu izrade?

Ne. Cijene paketa iste su kao i bez ove ponude. Uz narudžbu dobivate 2 mjeseca pretplate bez naplate i 1 dodatni krug izmjena.

Kada počinje naplata pretplate?

Na početku 3. mjeseca od objave Vaše stranice, automatski i po redovnoj cijeni paketa. Podsjetnik šaljemo e-poštom najkasnije 7 dana prije prve naplate.

Mogu li otkazati pretplatu prije prve naplate?

Da. Pretplatu možete otkazati u bilo kojem trenutku, i u prva 2 mjeseca. Tada naplate nema.

Plaćam virmanom. Što ako uplata stigne nakon isteka roka ponude?

Ako ste narudžbu zadali prije isteka roka ponude i dok je bilo slobodnih mjesta, ponuda vrijedi kad puna uplata bude odobrena u roku iz predračuna. Ako uplata ne stigne u roku, rezervacija i narudžba prestaju.

Mogu li platiti godišnje (12 za 10)?

Dok traje Osnivačka ponuda, godišnje plaćanje (12 za 10) nije dostupno za pakete iz cjenika naručene preko stranice. Godišnje plaćanje (12 za 10) dostupno je nakon završetka Osnivačke ponude. Za ponude po mjeri godišnje plaćanje može se ugovoriti i dok traje Osnivačka ponuda, ako je navedeno u ponudi. Ponuda se ne kombinira s ponudama po mjeri.

Vrijedi li ponuda za paket Vjenčanje?

Da, ali samo dodatni krug izmjena, jer paket Vjenčanje već uključuje 12 mjeseci hostinga.

What you get

When you order a package build from our price list:

• we don’t charge the first 2 months of the Subscription (maintenance and hosting);
• 1 extra revision round on top of the round already included in your package.

Package prices are the same as without this offer. For the Wedding package, which already includes 12 months of hosting, only the extra revision round applies.

As always, every package includes text and images, hosting and maintenance (as part of the monthly Subscription; no minimum term with monthly billing), a domain in your name, 1 revision round before launch and 1 small change per month (up to approx. 30 min; unused changes do not carry over to the next month).

For businesses registered in Croatia we also show prices excl. VAT (the “business” switch next to the packages).

Amounts excl. VAT, at current prices; 25% VAT is added to each invoice.

Year 1 is counted from the day your website is published: with the Founding offer we don’t charge the first 2 months of the Subscription, so you pay for 10 months. For the Wedding package, only the extra revision round applies. With monthly billing there is no minimum term: you can cancel the Subscription at any time. With annual billing, we do not refund unused months to businesses, in either the first or a renewed annual period, except in the cases set out in Clause 13.2a.5(b)–(d) of the Terms and Conditions. The annual Subscription renews automatically for a further 12 months, and we send reminders 30 and 7 days before renewal. The domain is in your name. Registration and renewal of a .eu or .com domain are included in the Subscription while it runs (Clause 12.4 of the Terms).

How long it takes

For consumers: We hand over your website no later than 30 days after we receive your payment, provided you send your materials on time.

For businesses: work starts within 3 business days of payment and complete materials, and we deliver the first draft within 5–10 business days of the start of work.

Sample designs

We show what your website can look like with sample designs for a restaurant, a holiday apartment, a salon, a wedding and a small shop. These are sample designs, not websites of real clients.

How long it applies

The offer starts on 12 October 2026 and applies to orders placed until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 (CET) or until all 15 places are taken, whichever comes first. The deadline will not be extended and the number of places will not be increased.

How your place is reserved and confirmed

• Your place is reserved when you place your order (by clicking the order button).
• Card payment: your place is confirmed when the payment succeeds. If the payment fails, the reservation ends.
• Bank transfer (IBAN): your place is confirmed when the full payment is credited to our account within the payment deadline stated in the pro-forma invoice (8 days from the pro-forma date). This also applies if the payment arrives after the offer deadline, as long as you placed your order before it. If the payment does not arrive in time, the reservation and the order end.
• Released places become available again only until the offer deadline.
• The number of remaining places we show equals 15 minus the confirmed and reserved places.

You can pay by card or bank transfer. There is no surcharge for card payments. The build is paid 100% upfront.

What happens after 2 months

The Subscription is first charged at the start of the 3rd month after your website is published, at the regular price stated in your Order Summary, and then renews automatically every month. At least 7 days before the first charge we send you an email reminder with the amount, the charge date and a link to cancel. You can cancel at any time, including before the first charge; in that case nothing is charged. With monthly billing there is no minimum term.

Terms

• The offer applies only if it is stated in your Order Summary.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• While the Founding offer is running, annual billing (12 for 10) is not available for price-list packages ordered through the website. The offer cannot be combined with custom quotes. With the offer, the Subscription is billed monthly.
• The offer does not change the Consumer’s right of withdrawal (Clause 15 of the Terms). If you withdraw, nothing is charged for the months without a Subscription charge or for the extra revision round.
• Full terms: Clause 13A of the Terms.

FAQ

Does the offer change the build price?

No. Package prices are the same as without this offer. When you order, you get 2 months of the Subscription without a charge and 1 extra revision round.

When does the Subscription charge start?

At the start of the 3rd month after your website is published, automatically and at the package’s regular price. We send an email reminder at least 7 days before the first charge.

Can I cancel before the first charge?

Yes. You can cancel the Subscription at any time, including during the first 2 months. In that case nothing is charged.

I’m paying by bank transfer. What if my payment arrives after the offer deadline?

If you placed your order before the offer deadline while places were still available, the offer applies once the full payment is credited within the payment deadline stated in the pro-forma invoice. If the payment does not arrive in time, the reservation and the order end.

Can I pay annually (12 for 10)?

While the Founding offer is running, annual billing (12 for 10) is not available for price-list packages ordered through the website. Annual billing (12 for 10) is available after the Founding offer ends. For custom quotes, annual billing can be agreed even while the Founding offer is running, if it is stated in the quote. The offer cannot be combined with custom quotes.

Does the offer apply to the Wedding package?

Yes, but only the extra revision round, because the Wedding package already includes 12 months of hosting.
